This tour begins with boarding the “ARIMAR” at the ANG pier in Vila Real de Santo António followed by approximately 2 hours of navigation.

We start by sailing in front of the city, until the mouth of the river. Then, we reverse direction and begin the climb along the border, passing through the medieval village of Castro Marim and the salt flats spread across the natural landscape, where water birds nest among the reeds.

​

Then, Ayamonte, the Guadiana International Bridge and the new tourist developments of Costa Isuri and Castro Marim Golf are the next places to see.

​

 

Around noon, and already on dry land, it is time to start the guided tour of the Cultural and Historical Heritage of the city of Vila Real de Santo António.

End of the tour at approximately 1pm.
